How our leaderboard ranks your rounds

Our leaderboard is built around qualifying activity from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Spribe and Ezugi, with rank movement shown against each active window. You can check table names, score rules, reset timing and prize rows before entering a race. We keep the layout direct, so your position, required activity and next target are visible without digging through unrelated lobby pages.

RACE HELP

Help while using the leaderboard

If a score, table tag or reset time looks unclear, our support paths are arranged around leaderboard questions. We ask for the race name, game title and approximate round time, which helps us trace the event without slowing your next session.

Team online

Score check

Send us the leaderboard name and the game round time if your score seems delayed. We compare it with race rules and provider event logs before updating you in plain language.

Rule clarification

Each race has its own score formula, eligible titles and reset window. If any wording feels unclear, we explain the exact condition that affects your rank rather than giving a generic reply.

Rank timing

Some boards refresh in short intervals instead of instantly after every round. Support can tell you whether a race is still syncing or whether a round needs manual checking.

ct9990 leaderboard compared with others

Leaderboard pages can feel confusing when ranks, rules and eligible games sit in separate places. We keep those parts together, then add support checks for score questions so...

Rules beside ranksMany boards show a rank list without the scoring basis nearby. Our leaderboard places score rules close to the standings, reducing guesswork before you choose a race.
Game names shownWe display eligible titles and studios on the race card, not just a category label. That matters when similar tables or slot-feature rooms sit beside each other.
Cleaner mobile viewOur mobile layout keeps rank, timer and entry link within quick reach. You do not need to switch through unrelated pages just to see whether a race is active.
Support with contextA leaderboard support request starts with race name, title and round time. That gives our team a clear trail instead of asking you to explain the whole session again.
Reset timing shownWe show the active window and reset point on the leaderboard card. Other boards may hide timing in small print, which makes late entries harder to judge.
Rank band displayPrize bands appear with rank ranges, so you can understand which positions matter in the current race. The display is built to be scanned quickly.
Provider-linked checksWhen a score query appears, we relate the board entry to provider event records where available. That gives leaderboard support a practical way to examine the round.

Leaderboard questions before you join

Open the leaderboard card and read the eligible title tags before entering. We list the game names or table group, plus the studio where relevant, so you know what feeds the race.

Some race boards refresh after short syncing intervals rather than after every round. Check the board status first; if it still looks wrong, send support the race name and round time.

Most races stay within a defined title group, such as live baccarat tables or selected slot-feature rooms. If a mixed race is active, the eligible list will show every title clearly.

Prize bands sit beside or beneath the rank list, depending on your screen size. Each band shows the rank range it applies to, so you can compare it with current standings.

When the timer ends, the active race closes and the board moves into its result or refresh state. A new window may appear later if that race is scheduled again.

Contact support with the leaderboard name, eligible game title and approximate round time. That lets us check the race window, provider event record and score rule together.
