Open the leaderboard card and read the eligible title tags before entering. We list the game names or table group, plus the studio where relevant, so you know what feeds the race.

Some race boards refresh after short syncing intervals rather than after every round. Check the board status first; if it still looks wrong, send support the race name and round time.

Most races stay within a defined title group, such as live baccarat tables or selected slot-feature rooms. If a mixed race is active, the eligible list will show every title clearly.

Prize bands sit beside or beneath the rank list, depending on your screen size. Each band shows the rank range it applies to, so you can compare it with current standings.

When the timer ends, the active race closes and the board moves into its result or refresh state. A new window may appear later if that race is scheduled again.
